NDP trail 08

Woke up to a lazy sat morning and decided to go for a ride at TM as no idea how to spent my weekend anymore.

Decided to meet up with SEV and rest of the guys but too bad they already started riding by the time I got there (finally, someone tat really rides at 8am)....decided to go and check out the tree that broke my legs..its been slightly more then a year since I'm back in TM after the accident.

Its clear to identify which was the tree when I got there...cos the accident is still very vivid on my head, how I crash and all tat happen before and after...wonder if tats a good thing to be conscious,(if I'm knock out, then nobody might find me).....snap some picture and think though how much speed I actually put in to smash up my femur on that tight single windy track ah piew made....its still a lovely place thou some areas are blocked now or very unrideable after all the 4x4 goes in....water is getter deeper too.

Many thanks to Bro ISK and Ah Piew for putting up signage/directions and marking out the wonderful track locally...wif those signs, I manage to ride thru the complete enduro loop as well as a few rounds at the mini-track where I crash....I certainly was missing out alot of speed that I had before my crash but I'm still happy to be back on a bike again...

Bumped into Bro ISK group at the desert storm(a big group of 30 riders)....took a short break there to enjoy the view there and continue my way to the TMFT entrance to meetup with SEV and guys....too bad they going off so I rode with a DR200 and a KTM400 Supercomm...tat big bike dropped a couple of times, difficulty starting and had another long break trying to bring tat bike to life...I then took the lead and bash thru the trail before he crash into a mud pool (I was riding around and he tried to wack straight through..guess its jus too deep or he lack speed)....took another break while we watched bro ISK group rode pass us...I then decided to give them chance and caught up wif them alongside the drain were they took a break...

Met Melvin my old KDX owner there as well as Melvin(XR250) and Louis(DRZ400ES) as they joined bro ISK NDP trail...rode together with them for awhile and when they shifted to Punggol, I jus rode back 6th Ave..then realised suffered a flat front tyres...so no more riding on Sunday at Nusa....time to recuperate and hope next weekend will be a better ride
