Taking a break from riding or stop for good?

Went over to help mark out the track this morning...but just 5 minutes into the trail....my gear shifter lever jus worn off, can't shift up/down...lucky wasn't very deep in and managed to ride out.....arghhh......ever since do some work on the waterpump seal...bike jus give way every week.......I've had enuff....sending it down back to ah seng shop..get it fix once and for all and I'm selling it off......gonna take a break from riding til my pocket are more comfortable..hopefully 2010 when stock market picks back up I guess......all these are just draining too much of my limited resources and with the stock market crashing like tat....just wiped out almost all that I had saved up before
